The position of Secondary Principal (grades 9-12) in the Tidehaven Independent School District for the 2026-2027 school year.

 

 

Qualifications:             

1. Master's degree in educational administration
2. Texas Principal certification
3. TTESS certification
4. At least three (3) years of classroom teaching experience
5. At least three (3) years of administrative experience in grades 7-12 as an assistant principal or principal, preferred

 

Tidehaven ISD is seeking a positive, motivational administrator with good interpersonal skills.  Must provide leadership and management of curriculum and academic progress of students.  Must have a record of academic success in an educational setting.  Discipline management skills are a priority. The ability to mentor other administrators and/or teachers.

 

An Assistant Principal is on staff who handles special programs.  There is also a Curriculum Director on campus.

 

Salary will be based on experience and will be negotiable.
